One thing I didn't like which you taught us, you underlined some languages which is worst, especially malayalam...why?? Very sad to hear that..again I'm asking to me why TPS taught malayalam like this....???

I am one of the HoDs in ISAM.
We teachers feel really obliged to The management and our Principal Sir for arranging such FDP. It is actually the need of the hour.
On behalf of the HoDs we would like to have a brief session of how to change the attitude of the teachers towards their involvement in children and work.
Now they are like " keep distance"
As a teacher I feel a teacher should not restrict herself to me, myself, my classroom.
The whole transformation of thought should be Our department, our School. There is a lack in enthusiasm which leads to lack of interest in children.
Kindly help us to bring enthusiasm towards work and children.

Sir, really it was an inspiring class. How can I become a great teacher. For that I have to change the style of my teaching. First I have to be a good listener. I should develop reading habit. My communication skill must improve. I must create an interest in learning. I have to be creative. I must make small changes in my teaching. For that I have to do lot of practicals. Always do some demonstration instead of explaining. Always encourage children and value them. Classroom should be attractive. My attitude is most important for each and everything. I should be cheerful, positive, punctual, enthusiastic, friendly & supportive. Learning is never ending. I should have quest - Learning by asking questions. Sir my name is Lissy. I am a KG teacher.
